  • 11. Commercial ICG is monosodium salt and is unsuitable for comparative study. We converted the Na form into H form during HPLC purification. We used aqueous acetonitrile with 0.1 % TFA for the purification and conversion. M+Na+ is essentially the only ion peak observed in mass spectroscopy prior to the conversion but only M+H+ was detected after the conversion.
